A Colorado native born and raised in Center, CO. (San Luis Valley). Joel is the Broker/Owner of North Point Financial Inc. Being raised in an economically depressed area, Joel understood how important it was to move on and explore the world of opportunity. Joel started his professional journey by entering the United States Navy right out of high school where he was able to start establishing his leadership skill sets. Once his term in the Navy was over, Joel moved on to his entrepreneurial path by running several side businesses while he managed and trained Wireless Retail Reps. Joel felt he had plateaued in the Wireless Industry in 2005 so he moved on to his true calling, Mortgage Brokering and Real Estate. This decision was made in 2006 at the beginning of the Real Estate Market crash. Joel possesses the innate ability to see opportunity where few others do. He carries an “outside of the box” mentality which makes him an excellent leader and an extremely knowledgeable professional. Over the last 14 years Joel has built an amazing company and a significant Real Estate portfolio and has helped others do the same. Joel is a dual licensed professional and has also explored his passion in interior/landscape design which makes him somewhat of a “Jack of all Trades”! Joel understands that Real Estate is the backbone of our economy and individual’s financial structure. He is driven daily to help others change their lives through Real Estate and Mortgages like he has done for himself. He constantly preaches to his team, friends and family that his career path is not a job, it’s his identity. Joel truly leads by example and is an absolute experienced professional!
